St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center engaged Platz Associates to design a medical office building which would include a conference facility on the first floor. The resulting structure is a thirty thousand square foot, steel and brick, four story building. The three upper floors house doctor’s offices of varying specialties. Platz Associates also provided the design services for the individual office suites. The first floor includes a 6,000 square foot conference space with a complete catering kitchen. Platz Associates provided all design services as well as construction management services for this project.
