Northeast Bank Operations Center is perched on the top floor of Bates Mill No. 2 with expansive views of the canal and downtown Lewiston, Maine.  The 17,000 square foot office seats 75 employees with breakout and amenity spaces. Two long open office spaces are set along a bank of 11 foot tall windows. Enclosed offices feature large full glass walls opening into the open office space. Set between banks of offices are alcoves leading to conference rooms, storage, and other amenities.  A new central stair was added to break up the long expanse and to meet egress requirements.
