This 65,000 square foot office building sits on the bank of the Androscoggin River over looking the Great Falls in Auburn. Constructed in 1984 of structural steel and concrete, this building is home to the United States Post Office, medical office space, accountants, and is the home of Platz Associates.  Design and construction for this Class A office building was accomplished using a fast track method.  This entailed starting the concrete and steel work as soon as design of those elements was complete, then designing the balance of the building after construction had commenced. Platz Associates handled all the architectural design, engineering, and construction management for this project.
